Ideas to write to the Port - Save The Waterfront

This is not a Waterfront activity that was planned for in the sub area plan.
The activity is heavy industrial, which is dangerous to the surrounding population and environment
When ABC leaves, who will confirm that the clean up is sufficient, and safe.
If another opportunity arises, will the Port include the City and the Community before they agree to an activity that deeply effects residents?
Would 5 commissioners have helped not make this error in the first place?
Why is the Port focused on dirty industry, instead of green, new tech, well paying jobs?
