Subject: ABC Recycling Bulk Storage Facility

Request a full environmental review. Past SEPA and EIS documents do not take into consideration the activity of the metal storage, nor its capacity for the generation of dangerous air, water and noise pollution.  As well, the possible addition of shredded metal and any associated residue, should be taken into consideration at this time.
